MoneyMaker.today — Terms of Use and Membership Conditions

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

MoneyMaker.today (the Service) is operated by Raphael Dudler, 8856 Tuggen, Switzerland (we, us, our). These Terms of Use and Membership Conditions (the Terms) govern your use of the website and any paid membership. By using the Service or by starting a membership, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

MoneyMaker.today publishes money-news briefings and analysis in two formats, The Daily and The Play. Part of our content is freely available. Part is reserved for paying members behind a paywall. We may change, add, or remove content and features at any time.

3. Membership and pricing

• A membership gives you access to members-only content for as long as the membership is active.
• Standard price: CHF 9 per month, charged in advance.
• New members are offered a free first month, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• All prices are in Swiss francs and include any applicable Swiss VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout.

4. Free first month

• The free first month is available once per person and once per payment method.
• You may be asked for valid payment details when you start the free month.
• If you do not cancel before the free month ends, the membership continues automatically and the first monthly charge of CHF 9 applies.
• We disclose the start of billing and the renewal terms clearly at checkout.

5. Billing, renewal, and payment provider

• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also accept Stripe's applicable terms. We do not store your full card details.
• Membership renews automatically each month until you cancel. Each renewal is charged in advance for the coming month.
• If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until payment succeeds.

6. Cancellation

• You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting member@moneymaker.today.
• Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• We do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a paid period, except where mandatory Swiss law requires otherwise.

7. Refunds

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, membership fees are non-refundable once a paid period has begun. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at member@moneymaker.today and we will review it in good faith.

8. Your account and acceptable use

• Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Membership is personal. Do not share, resell, or republish members-only content, and do not use automated means to scrape or bulk-download it.
• We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or for misuse.

9. Intellectual property

All content on MoneyMaker.today, including text, briefings, analysis, graphics, and layout, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may read and share public content with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce members-only content outside the Service without our written permission.

10. No financial, investment, legal, or tax advice

This is important, so read it carefully.

• MoneyMaker.today is journalism and general information. It is not personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and it is not an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
• Our content, including any product or service we describe or recommend, reflects our editorial opinion at the time of publication. It does not take account of your personal circumstances, goals, or risk tolerance.
• We are not a licensed financial adviser, asset manager, or broker, and nothing here creates an advisory relationship.
• Any decision you make is your own. Do your own research and, where appropriate, consult a licensed professional. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and their outcomes.

11. Accuracy, sources, and editorial independence

• We source our reporting and aim to be accurate, calibrated, and fair. We verify what we recommend and we reject what we judge to be fraudulent.
• Even so, we do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Markets and facts change, and content may become outdated after publication.
• We are editorially independent. Where any content is sponsored or involves an affiliate arrangement, we disclose it. Disclosure does not change our verification standard.

The Service may link to third-party websites, tools, or products. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms, or performance. Any dealings you have with a third party are between you and that third party.

13. Changes to these Terms and to pricing

• We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
• We may change membership pricing. We will give reasonable advance notice of a price change before it applies to your renewals. If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

14. Availability and limitation of liability

• The Service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• To the fullest extent permitted by mandatory Swiss law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or any loss arising from your reliance on our content or from financial decisions you make. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the Vienna Sales Convention (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Schwyz, Canton Schwyz, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory place of jurisdiction that protects consumers.
